ABOUT THE TOUR
The riding
will be a combination of open flowing tracks, single line
sections, erosion mounds, rocky trails, some gnarly rock ledges, long
hill climbs, creek and river crossings, and fast flowing fire trails.
We
endeavour to make sure the tour covers a variety of challenges for all
riders
Riders
should have a reasonable amount of riding fitness for this tour

7 Days with 6 days of riding with 1 day of rest or repair on
the 4th Day

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Current
Motorcycle Licence (International Licence accepted) and Registered off
Road Motorcycle. You will need to carry a spare front and rear tube.
However, our staff will be happy to assist in changing! A bum bag
complete with tools and spark plug. A Camelbak or similar is a must.
Riding Gear (see below).
We will be carrying a limited number of spares available for emergency
repairs. Don't forget your bike!
A small
sized overnight bag to carry your evening clothes will be transported by
our crew to our overnight accommodation. What ever you do, don’t forget
your drinking money!
- Helmet and goggles
- Jersey, pants, Boots and gloves
- Jacket for cold or rainy days
- Armour, neck brace, knee braces (optional,
but recommended)
- Camel back with water and tool bag
- Spare front, rear tube, pump and tyre Levers
- Spare spark plug, tool and spare air filter
MEDICAL INSURANCE/AMBULANCE
COVER
It is a
condition of this Tour that all riders are, at a minimum, covered by
Ambulance Insurance. If you are injured, Ambulance Helicopters may be
the only exit out of the area. Whilst Public
Liability Insurance is provided it is essential that you consider some
form of personal accident insurance. Make sure your policy covers you on
a motorcycle riding on public roads whilst on this Tour.
BOOKING INFO
You
will need to complete a rider registration form online with
your booking and an indemnity form can be filled out on the day prior to riding.
A
payment of $3200 is required
when booking the Tour. This must be done via a bank transfer and a copy of the
deposit should be attached to the registration form.
Please put you Name and Tour Name or Date as your reference when doing a bank
transfer.
Once we have received your Rider Registration and final
payment, a confirmation with meeting point and time will be emailed to you on
the Wednesday before the ride weekend.
Postponements\Cancellations
In the event of any tour being postponed, your registration will be
carried over to the new date. If you are unable to make the new date or if the
tour is cancelled, you will be issued a refund in the form of a credit voucher
(less admin fee) to any
other tour advertised or any organized personal tour with you. This voucher will
be valid for 2 year.
Due to limited places available, no refunds will be given for
cancellations after the registration close date of the tour.
If you wish to cancel your registration for this tour
before the closing date, you will be issued with a refund less admin fee
in the form of a credit voucher. This voucher will be valid for 2 year.
No refunds will be issued if you cancel after the closing
date, if you do not turn up on the day or are unable to make the tour date.
