Raffle Tickets will be on Sale for all riders that enter any tour or Rush Rumble event. Tickets are $50 and the raffle will be drawn on the 15th November at our special end of year Invitation VIP Christmas event. Riders can select to purchase a ticket on any registration form and can also purchase more tickets from the Extra Sherco Raffle Tickets form, there is no limit on the number of tickets that you can purchase. This is subject to enough raffle tickets being sold and if this is not the case, the raffle will be drawn based on the funds received from the number of ticket sales.

ABOUT THE HARD ENDURO

You will be physically and mentally challenged. There are no separate classes, all riders ride the same track. Saturday's prologue will determine the starting positions for Sunday's main day.

 

Physical and Mental Endurance: Riders need to have high levels of physical fitness, stamina, and mental resilience to push through the demanding courses.

Technical Skill: Riders must be proficient in various riding techniques, including technical riding, off-road navigation, and problem-solving on the bike.

 

Riders will be tested for skill, endurance and determination in the face of extreme off-road challenges.

 

WEEKEND SCHEDULE

Saturday - Prologue

Riders will be allocated Numbers based on registrations received and will start in number order, two rider every 15 seconds.

There will be 2 prologue laps and times will be combined to determine starting position for Sunday

 

Sunday - Main Ride Day

Riders will start five at a time, every 15 seconds. There will be cut off times along the course to qualify as a finisher.  Cut off time to finish will be announced at riders briefing.  

 

The weekend schedule will be confirmed in final instructions

 

SIGN ON AND SCRUTINEERING

Sign on and riders briefing is compulsory for all riders and riders must produce there drivers licence. Riders must complete the on line scrutineering in the above link.   

 

CAMPING

Camping is included in the cost of the entry but you need to bring all your camping gear. There are no toilets or showers, so bring everything to keep yourselves comfortable.

 

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

  •  Current Motorcycle Licence

  •   It is recommended that you carry spare tubes, pump and tyre levers

  •  Bum bag complete with tools and spark plug

  •  Riding Gear (see below)

  •  Water and food for the weekend

  •  Petrol for 2 days of riding

WHILE RIDING, YOU MUST WEAR THE FOLLOWING

  •  Helmet and goggles
  •  Jersey, pants, Boots and gloves
  •  Armour and knee braces\guards
  •  Neck brace (optional, but recommended)
  •  Camel back with water and tool bag

 

MEDICAL INSURANCE/AMBULANCE COVER

It is a condition of this event that all riders are, at a minimum, covered by Ambulance Insurance. If you are injured,

Ambulance Helicopters may be the only exit out of the area. You never know what may happen. It is essential that you consider some form of personal accident insurance. Make sure your policy covers you on a motorcycle riding on public roads whilst on this event.

       

REGISTRATION

  •  Registration booking and payment is required before the registration closing date

  •  Please note, registrations will not be accepted after the closing date or on the weekend of the GPS ride

  •  If you cancel after the closing date (5pm) or do not turn up on the weekend, you will not be refunded. This will be enforced from the ride regardless of your reason!

  •  If you cancel before the registration closing date, you will be refunded your payment amount less $50 admin fees

  •  Registrations are not transferrable at all for any reason to any other riders or rides

  •  Once the ride starts, there will be no refunds for any reason

  •  If we postpone the ride due to unforeseen circumstance, your registration will be transferred to the new date when it is made available, if you cannot make this new date, you will be refunded your payment amount less $50 admin fees with a credit voucher for any other Rush Tours rides and this voucher will be valid for 1 year

 

GENERAL

  •  Please respect our host, fellow riders and neighbours around the area

  •  Please keep your area clean and take your rubbish with you

  •  Please DO NOT RIDE YOUR BIKE around unless on the track

  •  Please keep the noise level down at all times

  •  We are here to have fun and enjoy the riding. You may be faced with a few challenges, so take photos of your mates
