We meet for briefing and sign-on at 8am on both days to go through the days riding we have planned. A rider indemnity form, license and bike rego check will be done. Totally separate tracks have been designed for your enjoyment over the next two days. After the briefing, we’ll get dressed and start riding by 9am. We will assess all the rider’s capabilities in the first part of the morning and set the pace accordingly.

Also, no need to worry about getting lost as we run what is called the corner man system. We will run you through the system on the day but essentially the sweep rider makes sure that no man is left behind.

We endeavour to make sure the tour covers a variety of challenges for all riders, such as water crossings, erosion mounds, logs and hills.

On Saturdays we finish between 3pm and 5pm, depending on the group speed and how the riders are feeling.

We will finish earlier on Sunday afternoon( between 2pm and 3pm) which will allow you relax and reflect on the 2 days of riding that we just had and allow you time to return home safely.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING…
You will need to carry a spare front, rear tube, pump and tyre Levers. However, our staff will be happy to assist in changing! A bum bag complete with tools and spark plug. A Camelback or similar is a must. Bikes must be registered and all riders must carry a valid Bike License on all our tours. We do not provide 2 stoke oil, so please bring your own and whatever you do, don't forget your drinking money!

MEDICAL INSURANCE/AMBULANCE COVER
It is a condition of this Tour that all riders are, at a minimum, covered by Ambulance Insurance. If you are injured, Ambulance Helicopters may be the only exit out of the area.

You will need to complete a rider registration form online with your booking and an indemnity form can be filled out on the day prior to riding. full payment is required when booking the Tour. This must be done via a bank transfer and a copy of the deposit should be attached to the registration form.

Once we have received your Rider Registration and payment, a confirmation with meeting point and time will be emailed to you on the Wednesday before the ride weekend.

Postponements\Cancellations
In the event of any tour being postponed, your registration will be carried over to the new date. If you are unable to make the new date or if the tour is cancelled, you will be issued a refund (Less $50 admin fee) in the form of a credit voucher to any other tour advertised or any organized personal tour with you. This voucher will be valid for 2 year.

Due to limited places available, no refunds will be given for cancellations after the registration close date of the tour.

If you wish to cancel your registration for this tour before the closing date, you will be issued with a refund less $50 admin fee in the form of a credit voucher. This voucher will be valid for 2 year.

No refunds will be issued if you cancel after the 6pm on the closing date, if you do not turn up on the day or are unable to make the tour date.
