ABOUT THE TOUR…

The VIP Tour Includes

  •    4 x Days Riding (2 days Jenolan and 2 Days Sunny Corner)

We meet on the 9th September for briefing and sign-on to go through the days riding we have planned. A rider indemnity form, license and bike rego check will be done. Riding will start on the 13th September at 9am. We will assess all the rider’s capabilities in the first part of the morning and set the pace accordingly. Also, no need to worry about getting lost as we run what is called the corner man system. We will run you through the system on the day but essentially the sweep rider makes sure that no man is left behind. 

We endeavour to make sure the tour covers a variety of challenges for all riders, such as water crossings, erosion mounds, logs and hills.

 

Start Time for each day is 9am with an expected finish between 3 and 5pm with a distance of 80Km to 150Km per day, depending on rider skill level and weather conditions. We ride regardless of the weather.

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING…
You will need to carry a spare front, rear tube, pump and tyre Levers. However, our staff will be happy to assist in changing! A bum bag complete with tools and spark plug. A Camelback or similar is a must. Bikes must be registered and all riders must carry a valid Bike License on all our tours. We do not provide 2 stoke oil, so please bring your own and whatever you do, don't forget your drinking money!

Riding Gear

  •  Helmet and goggles
  •  Jersey, pants, Boots and gloves
  •  Jacket for cold or rainy days
  •  Armour, neck brace, knee braces (optional, but recommended)
  •  Camel back with water and tool bag
  •  Spare front, rear tube, pump and tyre Levers
  •  Spare spark plug, tool and spare air filter

We will be carrying a limited number of spares available for emergency repairs.

BIKE RENTAL

MEDICAL INSURANCE/AMBULANCE COVER
It is a condition of this Tour that all riders are, at a minimum, covered by Ambulance Insurance. If you are injured, Ambulance Helicopters may be the only exit out of the area.

You will need to complete a rider registration form online with your booking and an indemnity form can be filled out on the day prior to riding. Full payment is required when booking the Tour. This must be done via a bank transfer as follows
