Tour:  Private Trail Ride

 2 Days includes 1 nights accommodation, all meals from mid  morning day 1 to mid afternoon on day 2, all fuel after your fist tank and backup service crew


Minimum Riders Required

1 Day - 5 riders

2 Days - 10 riders




This ride is now open and we are taking registrations. We need a minimum of 2 weeks notice and dates need to be confirmed.

Final Details will be emailed to all paid registered riders on Wednesday before the ride date

Tracks will include the best from your selected location, including hills, creek crossing, single track and will be catered to suite your group level

Day 1

Meet up with Rush Adventure Tours at the allocated start (to be emailed) in the morning at 8am to go through the days riding we have planned. A rider indemnity form, license and bike rego check will be done. After the briefing, we’ll get dressed and start riding by 9am. Rides may include a pub lunch, servo lunch or be provided by the service crew. Assistance and help will be given along the route.


Also, no need to worry about getting lost as we run what is called the corner man system. We will run you through the system on the day but essentially the sweep rider makes sure that no man is left behind. 



You will need to carry a spare front, rear tube, pump and tyre Levers. However, our staff will be happy to assist in changing! A bum bag complete with tools and spark plug. A Camelback or similar is a must.  Money for drinks

Riding Gear

  •  Helmet and goggles
  •  Jersey, pants, Boots and gloves
  •  Jacket for cold or rainy days
  •  Armour, neck brace, knee braces (optional, but recommended)
  •  Camel back with water and tool bag
  •  Spare front, rear tube, pump and tyre Levers
  •  Spare spark plug, tool and spare air filter

We will be carrying a limited number of spares available for emergency repairs.

It is a condition of this Tour that all riders are, at a minimum, covered by Ambulance Insurance. If you are injured, Ambulance Helicopters may be the only exit out of the area. You never know what may happen and a payment of $40.00 for 12 months is well worthwhile.



You will need to complete a rider registration form online with your booking and an indemnity form can be filled out on the day prior to riding.


Payment is required when booking the Tour. This must be done via a bank transfer and a copy of the deposit should be attached to the registration form or emailed to us.

Please put you Name and Tour Name or Date as your reference when doing a bank transfer.


Once we have received your Rider Registration and final payment, a confirmation with meeting point and time will be emailed to you on the Wednesday before the ride weekend.


In the event of any tour being postponed, your registration will be carried over to the new date. If you are unable to make the new date or if the tour is cancelled, you will be issued a refund (Less $50 depost\admin fee)  in the form of a credit voucher to any other tour advertised or any organized personal tour with you. This voucher will be valid for 1 year.


No refunds will be given for your cancellation after the registration close date of the tour.

If you wish to cancel your registration for this tour before the closing date, you will be issued with a refund less $50 deposit\admin fee in the form of a credit voucher. This voucher will be valid for 1 year.


No refunds will be issued if you cancel after the closing date, if you do not turn up on the day or are unable to make the tour date.
